What is the most important thing?

Safety.

Safety is the most important factor in our jobs at DB’s Plumbing and Drain. At the end of the day, our President has pledged to all of our employees that he will do his best to ensure that everyone will leave work in the same condition they came into work in. As plumbers, our team can have a catastrophic injury happen more easily than the public may think. For example, popular drain “cleaners” such as Draino or Liquid Plumr can splash out of a drain and into a technician’s eyes as they are clearing it, causing permanent eye damage. This has even led to blindness in our industry!

By taking all the proper precautions before, during, and after every single job, our technicians and helpers do their best to ensure everyone on their job-sites and in your homes are safe and free from harm.

“Nobody deserves to get hurt at work, or anywhere for that matter. I personally can’t sleep until I know everyone I am responsible for is safe. I ask you this: please remain vigilant when it comes to safety. It’s so easy to become complacent. Just stop and ask yourself…can I get hurt? If the answer is yes or maybe, find an alternative. It’s so vital to get home safe every day.”
—David Buky, President
