Today we are thinking about our responsibility to our customers and what we can do for our community beyond plumbing. As a service trade, our technicians encounter strangers every day and go into their homes. Our office staff speaks to the public every day. We take this responsibility seriously. Every interaction you have with us should be a positive one, with great customer service. We want you to feel like you know us, and so importantly that you can trust us.
Beyond work, it is my goal to extend this philosophy to daily life. I smile, hold the door, and make conversation as much as I can. It's so important to remember that your pleasant interaction with someone may be the one time that happens for them that day, or even that week. You have so much power to bring positivity to the world around you. Try not to forget that.
